High Percentage No Gi Chokes and Variations in Just 8 Minutes

Everyone has a neck....which means everyone can be choked. In the video below Jason Scully shows a bunch of different No Gi chokes. While he does not break down the techniques in depth it is awesome to know that these chokes exist.

The Marcelotine

This week at 10th Planet Van Nuys we have been drilling lots of different guillotines. One of my favorites that we learned are the "Marcelotine" because of how tight the choke becomes when you place the arm on the back. Below is a brief tutorial on how to finish the dreaded "Marcelotine".
