Anyone who has read my blog or rolled with me over at 10th Planet Van Nuys knows I like leg locks. One of my highest percentage leg locks is the mount escape to heel hook. In fact when a student asks me to show them a crazy leg lock this is my go to leg lock. What I like about this leg lock is that if I can’t secure the leg lock I can still use the mount escape to gain a better position. If you have any questions about this escape please let me know!
