Again this week at  10th Planet Van Nuys we are focusing on mount. As your mount control starts to improve you will notice that your ability to apply submissions will also improve. In the video below the Gracie brothers break down the Americana from the mount. This is one of my favorite subs from the mount because I am able to apply the submission while still controlling my base. I really enjoyed the part where Ryron talked about the placement of the guy on top and his arms.
