One of my favorite chokes besides the Darce is the head and arm choke. In the video below Coach Alder of 10th Planet Van Nuys goes over a slick transition from a failed RNC attempt into a side choke. I really like this transition because my opponent starts to think he’s safe and then bam….Side Choke.
