Over the past few months I have been trying to work on my leg drag passing game. I’ve had some success with the leg drag in the gi but seem to be having issues when I try to use it in a no gi setting. One of my biggest issues no gi is that I am having a hard time controlling the leg. In the video below Rafa Mendes breaks down two great drills that you can do with a partner to work on your leg drags. I really like the second drill because both players can work on something. The person on top obviously is working on their leg drags while the person on bottom is working their guard recovery game. I plan on adding both of these drills to my routine asap. So there you have it. Two great leg drag drills. Now go drill!
