Ok so this one is just cool looking. A few months ago I had the pleasure of learning the basics of the leg lock game from Coach Chris Herzog of 10th Planet Rochester fame. Zog showed me and my training partner David Stachewell the basic path from the clamp to the knot and all of the subs and little details in between. As we were hanging out the topic of “cool” looking submissions came up. That’s when I learned about the Armenian Handshake and the Armenian Twist. Below is a brief tutorial on how to hit this “cool” looking move. Enjoy!
