Last night my teammate at 10th Planet Van Nuys asked me to show him and easy to use guard pass. I ended up showing him two different passes. The first pass was the knee slide pass that I posted a few days ago (click here more info). The second pass that I showed was the double under pass. The double under pass however is of my favorite and highest percentage guard passes. I feel like I can really crush my opponent and control his hips with this pass and it is super easy to use. The key to pulling of this pass is to make sure that you have both hands in under the legs. If you leave one arm in and one arm out it you run the risk of the armbar or triangle.
