Coach Lobes Armbar Drills Part 1

Using a kick and a push is a great way to set up an armbar. In the video below Coach Lobes of 10th Planet Van Nuys shows a drill that we do a lot that has improved even our most fundamental bjj players guard game. I really like this drill and  do it myself to work on both my armbars and hip movement. I highly encourage it for anyone who is looking to get better at their guard and armbars!
